We strictly comply with the Cybersecurity Law of the People's Republic of China, the Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL) and other applicable laws and regulations, and take industry-standard security measures to protect your information. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully before using our services.

1. What Information We Collect

1.1 Information you provide directly

• Account registration details: username, password (salted + hashed), referral / recommender code (if any);
• Recharge / payment information: order details generated when you pay through third-party channels (Alipay, WeChat Pay, USDT / crypto gateways, etc.);
• Contact details and contents you submit via support tickets, email, or live chat.

1.2 Information we collect automatically

• Device and access logs: IP address, browser User-Agent, timestamps, pages visited, operating system version;
• Activity logs: sign-in, recharge, number purchase, number release, API calls and other operational records;
• Cookie / LocalStorage: used to maintain sessions, remember language preferences and prevent duplicate form submissions, etc.

1.3 Information generated by the service

• Number purchase records: country, platform, validity period, associated Token, purchase price;
• SMS content data: All SMS messages (including verification codes) received by numbers you rent during your usage and retention period — required data by the nature of an SMS reception service;
• API request logs: caller IP, Token, endpoint path, request parameters, response status, timestamp.

2. How We Use Collected Information

• To create and maintain your account, authenticate your identity, and keep your account secure;
• To process recharge, deduction, order settlement, invoicing / billing and other transactional workflows;
• To display and return SMS content of numbers you purchase — both on the web dashboard and through the API;
• For stock analytics, usage statistics, operational reporting, and product optimization;
• For anti-cheat, risk control, and defense against DDoS, crawlers, and malicious registration;
• Any other purpose with your explicit consent or as permitted by law.

3. Special Notice Regarding SMS Content

As an SMS-reception platform, we must temporarily store incoming SMS messages of rented numbers so you can retrieve them on the web or via our API. By using the service, you understand and agree that:

• By default, SMS content is visible only to your own account. We will not proactively display, share, or sell it to any third party;
• We may be required to disclose relevant SMS content by law or in response to lawful requests from judicial, public-security, or government regulators;
• You may NOT use the Platform to receive other people's private information, trade secrets, financial credentials, or any illegal / prohibited content. If we discover or receive a valid report, we reserve the right to immediately delete the content and permanently ban the account;
• Once a number expires and is recycled, the Platform retains the sole and final decision right over whether your historical SMS records of that number will be visible or not to the next user who rents the same number. YOU MUST save any information you need BEFORE the rental period expires;
• SMS content is kept in the live database for a limited period of time (typically 30–180 days), after which it will be archived or purged automatically.

4. Sharing, Transfer, and Public Disclosure

4.1 Sharing (with third parties)

• With your explicit consent;
• With payment partners (Alipay, WeChat Pay, crypto gateways, etc.) only the minimum information necessary to complete a transaction;
• With infrastructure providers such as cloud hosting, CDN, and object storage services — e.g., IPs and basic access logs;
• When we are legally compelled or required by a valid request from a competent authority.

4.2 Transfer

We will not transfer your personal information to another company, organization, or individual unless as part of a merger, acquisition, business restructuring, or similar transaction with lawful notice.

4.3 Public disclosure

We will never proactively publicly disclose your personal information. Any mandatory disclosure will be preceded by your explicit consent or done strictly in accordance with applicable law.

6. Storage and Security

• Your personal information and SMS content are stored on servers located within the People's Republic of China. Any cross-border transfer will be conducted in accordance with applicable law;
• Account passwords are stored as salted MD5 one-way hashes and cannot be reversed. API Tokens are stored encrypted;
• The entire site enforces HTTPS / TLS. Critical operations (login, recharge, password change) are protected by CAPTCHA and abnormal-behavior risk controls;
• We enforce least-privilege access controls, operation audit logging, disaster recovery and backups. While we adopt industry-recognized safeguards, the Internet is not 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security — but we will continuously strive to protect your information.

7. Protection of Minors

This Platform is designed for developers and business users. We do NOT knowingly offer registration or services to anyone under 18 years of age. If you are a minor, please do not register. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that a minor has registered without permission, please contact us immediately for account cancellation.

8. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use Cookies, LocalStorage and similar technologies to maintain sessions, remember language preferences, and detect unusual sign-in attempts. You can disable Cookies through your browser settings, but doing so may prevent you from logging in normally or using certain features.
